For example, if your device is lost, stolen, flashed, or wiped, only someone with your Google account or screen lock information can perform a factory data reset and use the device.

When a device is factory reset, the device will not be able to be setup without the user entering the Google Account associated with the device (for hard reset) or screen lock information (for reset in Settings menu).

HOW TO REMOVE FRP LOCK ON SAMSUNG GALAXY Galaxy Core Prime

1. Put your phone on Download Mode {Home key+Vol down + Power } and Open your  odin3 v3.10, connect your phone with a USB to your computer, 
Click on AP then Load the Sboot File and Start. Allow to reboot...

 2. Put the device back in download Mode {Home key+Vol down + Power } and Open your  Miracle Box, connect your phone with a USB to your computer, 
Click on samsung TAB, Tick the Reset FRP Option, Click on Scan  and Start. Allow to reboot...
